Complete Rebuild and Wear Check:
This more advanced time consuming and expensive service should be performed every 5 – 8 years based on wear, local climate conditions and level of use. The complete maintenance should include all of the following services.
- Watch movement breakdown, thorough cleaning, mechanical dismantling
- Careful oiling of the watch movement
- Full watch regulation check
- Careful inspection of all parts and pieces with replacement of old or damaged parts

- Install new versions of the crown, rubber watch and water resistance gaskets

Warranty
All Victorinox Swiss Army watches that have been purchased from an Authorized retailer are subject to repair or replacement under the Victorinox Swiss Army by our three-year (3) limited warranty. Special note: watches within their first 3 years may not be covered for Swiss Army watch battery replacement. When purchasing or requesting service oversees, the international warranty may only be covered if the official warranty certificate has been fully completed and authorized via stamp by an Victorinox Swiss Army Authorized retailer.
