Today is a very exciting day around the workshop here at WatchGnome. This has been a huge week for us. Hard to believe that when we launched Watch Gnome we would have made it this far. We’ve had a lot of ups and downs, quite a few challenges, but many more successes. As a new small business, you have to just keep your head down and believe in yourself and the team around you. Our second very exciting piece of news this week, comes in the form of our new custom designed, printed in the USA, watch battery replacement mail boxes. We worked with an awesome company called Packlane and they helped us design these striking boxes. Crafted in Watch Gnome blue, these mighty warriors are going to criss-cross the nation delivering watches. There are already about 10 of these currently in the mail. If you see them take a picture and #watchgnome. Our brand new custom made boxes are uber durable, and will hold up to all the abuse the USPS can throw at them. You can be assured that your watch will arrive in great shape
Crafting a Custom Box
Over the last few years, we’ve always had our eye on custom crafted boxes. We wanted to prove that people shared our vision for a fast, and efficient watch battery replacement mail service before we could justify investing in custom packaging. It was you our fans, who allowed us to finally design and order these custom boxes. We tested dozens of designs and concepts. From reinforced padded sleeves to a custom built tube case, we tried to think of everything. In the end we settled on a mode classic box design, with bright bold branding. Ultimately it came down to utility and durability. First and foremost our boxes needed to protect and serve, and the design we choose did that better than any others we tested.
